I figured out what the numbers are. I did it accidentally, but stumbled upon it. The mystery is over.

When looking at the screen of the guys in the Antarctic you can see a message that detects a magnetic anomaly. On top is a number, that I couldn't see very clearly, and I could only make out about 75% of it.

    So, for grins and giggles punched into my calculator 4 to the 8th power, 8 to the 16th power etc. and got nowhere. So THEN I tried 4 X 8 X 15 X 16 X 23 X 42 and BINGO -- I got 7418880 ....

    and guess what?

    Mystery solved!

Those numbers must represent a pattern that builds up to 7418880 (who knows what units that is in) ... but builds up over 108 minutes and typing the numbers into the computer is obviously some password (plus the enter button) to bring the electromagnetic count down to 1 or 4.

The numbers now actually make SOME sense.

convert these numbers to letters and you get the following message

    4 7 1 7 19
    D. G a g s= D. Gags

Skimming through your number referrences I seem to be missing teh big one that freaked me out at the end of Exodus. Maybe it's in your list and I just didn't see it.

When Hurley is running through the airport to make his flight, near the end of his run he passes a group of what appears to possibly be female soccer players who are between him and the camera. The backs of the shirts, extremely clearly and in sequence are the FULL number sequence of 4 8 15 16 23 and 48.

Forgive me if you already have this posted and I missed it, but it seemed too obvious!
