Season 2 premire for both items.

The time of death of the SUV driver was 8:15.

Also, on the RX 1 bottle, ALL of the numbers were listed on the top in red.

    The Bottle reads:

    CR 4-81516-23 42
    FOR INJECTION ONLY
    KmL Multiple Dose Vial
    RX-1

The "FOR INJECTION ONLY" is in red, everything else is in black print.

Also noticed, right after the explosion, he accesses a vault. You see him dial in 23 and 48. There are 8 rungs on the ladder.

Jack's Seat (23) Ana Lucia's (42) and Flight Number (8 15). But 4 and 16 in regards to the plane???

Occurrences of the special numbers other than the obvious that I noticed. (Removed the ones already listed in the comments above.)

-At the beginning, Desmond was riding the stationary bike at 16 mph
-Jack: We've still got 4 guns.
-Jack tells his patient's fiance (Kevin) that the surgery could take 10, maybe 12 hours. 12 being 4+8.
-Kevin tells Jack the wedding is in 8 months.
-The song that Desmond kept playing was Make Your Own Kind of Music by Mama Cass Elliot. That song is the 12th track on the original album. 12 being 4+8.
-The graphitti contains some of the numbers that we could see. My guess is it contains them all. I did see 108, which is the sum of all the numbers. I also saw 42 and 168, which is 42 times 4.

I know you're saying "wow, you're stretching on the 108 and 168." Or perhaps, you're just saying "wow, you have no life." Either way, it gets better. See how I stretch with these:

-Referring to the depth of the hatch - Kate: "40 ft.", Lock: "maybe 50 tops". 40 is 16+16+8, 50 is 42+8.
-When Sarah (Jack's patient and future wife) woke up, the time was 6:10. Add those together to get 16. Also, the hands on the clock were pointing to 2 and 6, which makes 8.
-Back to the song, the album that Make Your Own Kind of Music was on was released in '69. Add 6 and 9 to get 15. Throw the 19 back into 1969, you you'd like. 42-23=19.
-The date of the premiere is 9/21. 21-9=12, which is 4+8.

Wanna get weirder? When you write the premiere date, here in America we would write either "9-21" or "9/21". Internationally, you would write it as "21-9" or "21/9".

    -"9-21" looks like 9 minus 21, which makes -12 (12 being the sum of 4 and 8).
-"9/21" looks like 9 divided by 21, which makes 0.428571428571428571428571428571 repeating. Right away you see ".428", 42 and 8 being two of the magic numbers. Now look closely at that number: 0.428571428571428571428571428571. Split it in 42, 8, 57 and 1. Add those and get 108, which is also the sum of our set of magic numbers (4+8+15+16+23+42).
    -"21-9" looks like 21 minus 9, which is 12 (12 being the sum of 4 and 8).
-"21/9" looks like 21 divided by 9, which is 2.3 (23 being one of our magic numbers).

This last one is just ridiculous. This is the point where I realized that I had lost it (no pun intended) and decided to go to bed. When I divided 9 by 21, I got "0.42857142857142857142857142857143" because my calculator rounds up when it runs out of space. If you take the "42857142857142857142857142857143" (no quotes) and put it into Google, the second and third pages are a music forum (http://www.versionist.com/topic/4013/1) where 8 people had a conversation back in August of 2004 (8/04). And one of their names is Hugo, which is Hurley's real name. Yes, I have officially gone nuts.

I just watched the first episode of the second season. When Jack goes down the ladder and starts strolling around in those corridors, he looks up to a big wall. Notice 108, which is written all over it. 4+8+15+16+23+42= 108.
The freaky part is the australian dude who lives down there, Jacks buddy. Freaky! :P

It looked as though Desmond typed in 4 8 15 16 23 42 on the keyboard before he hit the "execute" button.

I'd also like to point out that the flight leaves from gate 23. Furthermore, when Hurley buys the old man's scooter he pays him 16-hundred dollars.

    Still don't know about the 4 :-\
